The (AGCV) American Guild of Court
Videographers has been established to provide
the legal profession with qualified and
certified videographers who understand the
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(5), and
the Federal Rules of Evidence which governs the
taking of videotaped depositions to be admitted
in a court of law. The AGCV further
distinguishes its members who have achieved the
designation of (CCVS) Certified Court Video
Specialist by training them in all other aspects
of legal videography.
As
a fellow in "Good Standing" of the (AGCV) and
having met all the requirements of the
certification, the The American Guild of Court
Videographers is proud to announce
the “Certification” of professional videographer
